Complaints

In the event of complaints by tenants or relatives, approaches may be made to the duty manager or to senior staff on duty. If it is felt the grievance has not been satisfactorily dealt with, he or she may ask to see the General Manager privately, without giving a reason.

If a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved by the management, the matter could then be referred to:
