Staffing

Directors – Not directly involved in the day to day provision or support.

General Manager, Pauline Thompson – Responsible for all aspects of service – Accountable to Directors.

Manager, Kelly Carter – Responsible for the day to day running of the service, in relation to delivering support to staff and tenants – Accountable to General Manager.

Support Workers – Along with the Manager responsible for the day to day running of service, providing support to tenants – Accountable to Manager.

Support Assistants – Directly involved in providing support to tenants – Accountable to Support Workers.
