The Houses

Each house accommodates four tenants and all houses contain the following: a large lounge



A spacious dining kitchen



Four individual spacious bedrooms.

Additionally, each house has a downstairs cloakroom, bathroom and lower and upper hallways.

All accommodation is decorated and maintained to a high standard whilst ensuring Health, Safety, Security and Fire Regulations are adhered to.

All tenants have a short assured tenancy agreement, giving them security of tenure.

Housing benefit payments are received if eligible towards payment of rent. Costs for support and counselling are funded by Supporting People payments. All tenants receive support to claim for payments.

Oak Ridge Support Services provides a 24 hour warden service. This consists of a member of staff being available from 7.30am to 11pm and an overnight sleep-in service . This ensures that tenants can always contact a member of staff should they require support and assistance.

Every house has a phone, which allows a free service to contact the warden who is on site.
