Should a tenant decide to move on from Oak Ridge to alternative accommodation, the Manager and General Manager would be notified. This would be discussed with the tenant and the necessary support would be given to find a suitable placement (if this had not already been done). Their life at Oak Ridge would be reviewed to determine whether any problems were evident.
A review would be arranged to ensure that the multi-disciplinary team and family members (where applicable) were aware of the tenant's intentions and to ensure that the tenant would continue to be safe and happy and that their needs were being met.
The tenant would be supported to write to their landlord to end their tenancy agreement.
The tenant would be supported to prepare for their move.
