Oak Ridge Support Services Ltd provides support to adults with a learning disability, with the aim of enhancing each tenant’s ability to sustain and manage their tenancy. All tenants are fully supported in accordance with their personal support plan and risk assessment to ensure that they are encouraged to fulfil and maximise their potential whilst promoting their independence.
Our aim is to provide support to our tenants to a standard of excellence that embraces fundamental principles of good practice. We aim to deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve the tenant’s overall quality of life.
Support is provided to 16 tenants who reside at 1, 3, 5 and 7 Diriebught Road, Inverness. There is a 24-hour warden service that consists of a member of staff available from 7.30am to 11pm and an overnight sleep-in service. This ensures that tenants can always contact a member of staff should they require support and assistance.
Every house has a phone, which allows a free service to contact the warden who is on site.
Oak Ridge Support Services began operating in January 2003 and is registered with The Care Inspectorate (Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland). We aim to work to the standards which comply with the Regulation of Care Act 2001.
